As a relationship specialist, I offer relationship therapy for couples of all kinds, including straight, queer, poly, and non-monogamous relationships. Unlike generalist therapy, my work focuses on patterns, why conflict repeats and how change happens. I help couples improve communication and break out of stuck cycles.

Work with me
Most therapy practices don’t specialize solely in couples therapy, which can make it harder to truly address the challenges in your relationship. That’s where I come in. My training and practice are dedicated to helping couples create meaningful change and move out of feeling stuck.
Focused Relationship Work
Sessions address what’s happening between you—beyond surface-level communication tips.
Direct, Skilled Conversations About Sex

Affirming for ALL Relationships
Experienced care for monogamous, open, and non-monogamous relationships.
Pattern-Focused Change
Repeating conflict and disconnection are identified and shifted, not blamed.

Investing in relationship therapy is a significant commitment that reflects your dedication to strengthening your bond. While it might be tempting to choose the most budget-friendly option, it's important to consider the long-term value of investing in quality therapeutic work. So, as you deliberate, keep in mind the importance of choosing what aligns best with your needs and goals, ultimately setting the stage for a more fulfilling journey ahead.

Many people are surprised to learn that insurance companies often decide how long sessions can be, how often they occur, and even when treatment should end. I believe those decisions should be made by you and me together, not by a third party who does not know you. By choosing to work outside of insurance, I’m able to provide care that truly fits your needs. This also gives us more flexibility with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, without being limited by insurance company rules or restrictions.
Insurance companies require access to your private health information, including diagnoses, notes, how long you have attended, when you cancelled, and personal history. When working through insurance, your confidentiality cannot be fully protected in the same way it can when we work together directly.
Many individuals and families find that high-deductible insurance plans still result in paying out of pocket for therapy, even when using in-network benefits. Some spend the year working toward a deductible without ever reaching meaningful coverage. Insurance companies may also later reclaim payment (“clawbacks”) for couples work they do not consider medically necessary, placing treatment decisions under insurer control.
If you are self-pay or not using insurance, federal law gives you the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services before starting care.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time. Because psychotherapy is individualized, actual costs may vary based on the number of sessions provided..
